This original Apple Portable 60-Watt MagSafe Power Adapter features the MagSafe Connector, a magnetic DC plug that causes the power cable to detach if too much pressure is applied to it. This also helps prevent the cable from wearing out over time. In addition, the magnetic DC connector helps insert the plug correctly so that a proper connection is quickly established. Once the connection is secure, the LED light at the head of the (DC) plug illuminates; the orange light indicates that the portable device is charging and a green light indicates a full charge. EU Plug is included.
Intended to be your best travel companion, the Apple 60W MagSafe Power Adapter is cleverly designed with a DC cable that wraps neatly around itself. This MagSafe power adapter charges the lithium polymer battery while the computer is off or in sleep mode. The adapter also charges the system when used without a battery.
